      What are my shipping options?

      We are offering free local delivery via courier for our valued customers and partners for any orders above SGD 150. For orders below SGD 150, shipping fee is SGD 6.50 (by courier)

      We are unable to ship internationally at this moment.

      When will my order ship?

      Deliveries usually take 3 – 7 working days after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.

      We don’t deliver to PO Box, military camps or facilities and most of the islands in Singapore. Please provide a full delivery address in English and telephone contact number when you place your order to avoid delays.

      Please note that during certain busy periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Sale, Christmas and other holidays, orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched and delivered.

      How do I track my order?

      When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way. If you have not received this email after 7 working days after placing an order please contact us at hello@rebeccaminkoff.com.sg

      How do I cancel or change my order?

      Once you have received your confirmation email, we can’t cancel or change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address). Please ensure you review all your details before you complete the checkout process. If you need any assistance, please contact us immediately at hello@rebeccaminkoff.com.sg

      What is your return and exchange policy?

      Once the Return goods are received and passed Inspection, Returns usually take 14 working days to be credited back to your account after receipt of goods. Once we have processed your return or exchange, we will send you an email to let you know it has been processed. If we are unable to provide you with an exchange, we will send you an email to notify you.

      Damaged Items

      We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

      Product Care

      Rebecca Minkoff handbags are made of natural leather. Slight differences in colour and texture are characteristics of the leather. Special care is advised for treated colours (metallic, flecked, embossed) as contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage.       Warranty

      Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a one-year warranty on products purchased from rebeccaminkoff.com.sg or our retail store. That said, things happen and we are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company-acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one-year period. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear, handbag restoration, or defects that happen on merchandise produced over one year ago. 

      Authenticity

      Rebeccaminkoff.com and Rebeccaminkoff.com.sg are the only authorized online ecommerce sites of authentic Rebecca Minkoff products. Any variation of the Rebecca Minkoff domain name is not affiliated with Rebecca Minkoff, and the authenticity of the products on such ecommerce site cannot be confirmed. Just because it has the words “Rebecca Minkoff” in the domain name doesn’t mean you’ll get legitimate Rebecca Minkoff products or any products at all. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
